CUSTOM COMMISSIONS + CUSTOM PRINTS
Do you offer custom illustrations?
Yes, we offer custom illustrations. Each month we accept 5-10 custom illustrations before books are closed. Custom illustrations are for Personal Use ONLY, you are not permitted to use for commercial purposes without proper and prior permission from Taelor Chanel Creates LLC.
What is your turn-around time for custom illustrations?
Turn-around time is 2-3 weeks. Turn-around time can be delayed if there is lapse in response to first draft and/or edits.
Can I pay a rush fee for commissions?
Yes, the rush fee is $50. You will receive your first draft within 4-5 business days of image submission. After placing your order, email email@example.com to request a rush order.
How should I submit my image?
There is a form on the custom illustrations page, you will have to fill out the required fields before being able to add to cart, one of those requirements is uploading an image. If you don't have the image that you need during your time of purchase, upload any photo and leave a note on the cart page that you will submit your image of choice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What kind of image can I submit?
Please submit a high-resolution image. If a pixelated image is sent, we will ask you to choose another photo or refund your order.
Can I submit a picture of a picture for my custom illustration?
Yes, please ensure you take the picture in good lighting and up close (without flash).
I ordered a custom print with my custom illustration, when will I receive it?
Custom prints are processed and fulfilled once you green light the final draft. Please ensure you input the correct shipping address when purchasing your order, as that is the shipping address we will use. If you added in the incorrect shipping address after placing your order please email email@example.com immediately so it can be corrected. We use a distribution center to print your image, we will not be able to update your shipping address once your print is fulfilled.
Can I purchase a custom print on it's own?
Unfortunately not, custom prints can ONLY be purchased with a custom illustration. If only a custom print is purchased, your order will be refunded.
RETURNS + SHIPPING
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final, at the moment we don’t offer returns and exchanges since all products are printed to order from partner facilities in different locations, but if firstname.lastname@example.org!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number, receipt of purchase, photos of wrong/damaged items and we will be glad to handle it.
We apologize in advance for any order damages and we will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
